Returns/Core policy
All returns must be made within a 30 day period of purchase. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling MWDA first and getting authorization/instructions. Any returns within the 30 day window will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or in store credit for the full amount up to 90 days past. NO returns will be accepted past 90 days. We reserve the right to refuse any returns based on condition of returned part. All returned parts must be inspected by an MWDA representative before credit or refund will be given. We do not accept used/installed parts to refund for any reason.
All core returns must be sent in within a 60 day period of purchase and must also be in the original box that it was received in to receive full core charge refund. After 60 days and before 120 days only in store credit will be given. No core returns will be accepted after 120 days. All cores must be inspected by a MWDA representative before the credit/refund is given. Core requirements are dependent and dictated by that part manufacturers specifications. They may vary from part to part. Always check to make sure you have a valid core for the intended part you are purchasing.
