When the 6.7L engine is introduced to high rpm (4000+), the oil pump gears can explode. Damage to the engine front cover, engine bearings, and turbocharger(s) can also result. Prevent gear explosion with a set of our High Strength oil pump gears. Made from H-13 tool steel to better withstand the high internal pressures. EDM'ed and precision ground. Tested and proven in EXTREME applications and abuse.
