Midwest Diesel & Auto 6.7L Powerstroke Stock + Long Block - REV3
The Midwest Diesel & Auto 6.7L Powerstroke Long Plus Long Block is the perfect replacement for failed stock motors, or 2011-2016MY owners who want a stronger bottom end without the worries of factory form failure that their current short block has. This is dressed as a Ford Long block. Customer must reuse/provide/purchase valve covers, upper oil pan assembly, and lower pan assembly.
We address the common points of failure and assemble a short block build to last. We tig-weld the factory crankshaft gear to prevent gear slippage issue that plagues all model year 6.7L Powerstroke Engines. We also install an RCD Performance Stage 1 Camshaft so that the factory alignment pin cannot shear off causing catastrophic engine failure.
As of July 2019 we now include an HS Motorsports Billet Oil Pump Regulator on every Stock Plus Short/Long Block to address the inconsistent oil pressure issue that fatigues the 6.7L Powerstroke platform.
This Long Block also comes with updated 2018MY Factory Connecting Rods. They are a much stronger design than the factory 2011-2017 (updated Job 2 of 2017 Build Year) connecting rods with a higher failure threshold. These rods have a much stronger beam and also have the updated larger diameter wrist pin assembly, that was updated in the 2016MY due to factory pin failure.
We also use brand new JC3Z (2018MY+) cylinder heads and ARP head studs during assembly. These are the most up-to-date design heads, and are fitted with the newest revision of rocker arm assemblies from Ford. We also install new rocker arm lubrication tubes.
The Stock+ 6.7L Long Block maintains a 100,000 Mile/2 Year Midwest Diesel & Auto Limited Warranty. They are guaranteed not to fail from workmanship or assembly. If running 650+ Rear Wheel Horsepower, we recommend looking towards a Billet Rod Short/Long Block Assembly. Rod Failure from higher horsepower applications are NOT warrantied.
Includes New Front Cover, New Bearings, Seals & Rear Cover
3500.00 Guaranteed Core Charge
You will need to install your Upper/Lower Oil Pan Assemblies, or replace them if they are damaged.
