6.7L Powerstroke MP-Series Turbo Assembly for 2015-2019
As many of you know, last year, Morgan Primm, our founder and owner, made the decision to end the Streetmax and Towmax line of turbochargers that we have been selling for many years. Unfortunately, other companies had created similar products, and were actually selling their “knock offs” as Streetmax units or as “basically the same thing”. This was what caused us to go to our Streetmax X Turbocharger model and start the process for the new line.
After over a year of constant product revisions and rigorous testing, we are very proud to release 4 models of our new turbochargers to you!
MP64S – This unit replaces the Streetmax X turbocharger, and is the ultimate direct drop in unit. Our 64MM curved blade compressor outperforms every other profile we have tested it against and spools up faster than the factory 61MM Garrett compressor. The MP64S will maintain the stock turbine and is ideal for drop ins on all model year 6.7 trucks. Stock fuel is perfect for these units, with more power to be gained with upgraded injection pumps!

MP6464-10 – This turbocharger is the big brother to the MP64S. It features a Dominator X 64MM turbine wheel, that was designed for this application. The Dominator X 64 turbine will allow you to run more fuel to this compressor profile, without the worries of over speeding, or choking the factory turbine out. This charger and the MP6664-10 will thrive with 2015MY Injection Pumps, or we recommend the River City Diesel Stoker CP4.

MP6664-10 – This turbocharger is based off the same compressor that we had great success with on our Streetmax X turbochargers. We’ve paired that compressor with the Dominator X 64 turbine to address the issues with turbine restriction, and tuning struggles that some have faced with the Streetmax X. If you have a Streetmax X, we will soon be offering a program to upgrade your current turbocharger to this model, or to the MP6668-10. This turbocharger will thrive with a Stroker CP4 Pump, or dual fuelers with stock injectors or small modified injectors.

MP6668-10 – Building on what we learned with the Streetmax X and the MP6664-10, we paired the same compressor with the Dominator X 68MM turbine. This turbocharger was designed to fill the void left by the Barder 6670 turbocharger that is no longer in production. We rigorously tested this unit against our 6670 on our 2015 shop truck, and netted faster spool times, drastic smoke reduction, and a noticeable jump in power, even without drastic tuning changes. This turbocharger is NOT recommended for stock bottom end trucks with fueling upgrades. The aggressive compressor paired with this turbine has the potential to hurt a stock rod 2011-2016MY rotating assembly with how power comes on. We have not had the time to test this one a 2017-2018MY truck with ADDED fuel to see if this surpasses the safety threshold of the new HC3Z bottom ends. Twin Pumps/Stroker Pump and 30%+ injectors are recommended but not necessary for this turbocharger.

Our turbochargers are sold as ASSEMBLIES. This means you are getting a turbocharger bolted to the correct pedestal, with a turbo install kit, water line, and oil feed (if applicable). (2017+MY turbos will not use oil feeds as they are internally oiled via the pedestal). By selling these as assemblies, they will literally bolt straight on any 2015+ model year truck with no extra parts necessary!
